165mm nakiri knife
A nakiri knife made from 700 layers of damascus steel in a random pattern consisting of 1095 and 15n20 steels. Flatter towards the heel, the blade curves gently upwards towards the tip. A 48mm heel height and slim blade makes chopping veggies a breeze.
A handle made of african blackwood and spalted flamed maple is finished with a nickel silver spacer, in a Japanese 'D' shape that's comfortable in the hand.
